I’m Gisela.   I’m a multi-disciplinary growth consultant, fractional leader, founder’s co-pilot, leadership coach and community builder.  My work is connected by one belief: growth starts when we step outside the obvious and see what is possible more clearly.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked across business strategy, brand, marketing, leadership and growth, helping founders, leaders and teams make sense of complexity and move forward with more clarity.
 

But my work has never fitted neatly into one box.

I’m a generalist in the strongest sense of the word. I connect dots across disciplines. I read the energy in the room. I find the pattern beneath the noise. I help turn big, messy, human, commercial challenges into clearer thinking, stronger decisions and practical momentum.
 

Today, my work spans business growth consulting, fractional growth leadership, founder support, leadership coaching and corporate/community movement sessions.
 

Different expressions. Same deeper purpose.

To help people unlock what is possible and grow into it.

For a long time, I thought that range was something I had to explain away.  Now I see it as the heart of my value.
 

Because growth is not linear. People are not linear. Businesses are not linear. And the best solutions often come from seeing across disciplines and noticing what others miss.
