After decades in the fast-paced world of business, brand and marketing environments, a serious head injury forced me to stop, slow down, and through my recovery rethink how I worked.  That was the moment I rebuilt my relationship with energy, leadership and success.

That chapter changed how I see growth.
 

I no longer believe growth should be rushed, forced or disconnected from the human beings carrying it.

I believe the best growth happens when clarity, energy, purpose and commercial direction work together.

That belief now sits at the heart of everything I do.
 

My journey has taught me that true resilience comes from embracing uncertainties, overcoming the challenges and using them as opportunities for growth.  I hope to inspire others to do the same, to question and break away from conventional rules.
